conversions, etc., only US and Canadian residents are able to purchase
NOOK Books on the Barnes & Noble website at this time.
The interesting thing is, then, why was I allowed to purchase books before I got my account blocked in the first place. BTW, today I got a new credit card and tried to purchase a book with it, but I couldn't do it either.
