I've looked through the code to see how feasible it is to compile a new kernel based on what they gave us, and there's a lot missing. For example, we don't have the source they used for u-boot, which would be necessary to get ubi support. I've basically stalled on this project since there's too much likelihood of bricking my one existing unit.
