My wife would move every couple of years, I think. I, OTOH, would NEVER move, given a choice. I absolutely loath the process of moving. Our current house isn't perfect, but the neighbourhood is, so I suspect we won't be moving any time soon. Frankly, if we move from here, it will be out of a house, and into a smaller place. And neither of us is ready for that. (Plus, where would we put the server room?)
