Do I de-register the one I'm returning before sending it back, and do I remove the books from it prior to putting it in the mail?
Obviously, I've never returned a Kindle before, and I know some of y'all have.
The one I'm returning is named Claudia's 4th Kindle and the replacement is named Claudia's 5th Kindle - I want to make sure that #4 just disappears and then I can give #5 a name I want - whatever makes it show up first on the list of where to send a book to, since there are 4 Kindles in use in this house now - adult daughter has a K3, I have a DXG and a K3, and husband, who always insisted he didn't want a Kindle, somehow ended up with daughter's K1 when I bought her a K3 - and is actually using it quite a bit. The old K1 just keeps plugging along, and it's about 3 1/2 years old now. He's the one with perfect eyesight, so not having a Pearl screen doesn't seem to bother him.
