My Vox order doesn't show up in either store. I'm waiting on the Kobo help desk (just passed the 24 hour mark) to confirm there actually is an order. I do have an email receipt from when I ordered it, but it's a little disconcerting not to have the order showing up in the Kobo bookstore or Kobo ereader account.
I'm considering just picking one up at Best Buy/Future Shop and returning the other one if it ever shows up.
