Finally got mine from JB. When a store attendant finally came over, I asked to buy the Kobo Touch plus a case for it. I was told (again as I was there last week) they had covers for the Sony eReader and would that do, until I pointed to a star shaped sticker next to the Kobo saying 'Cases for Kobo eReaders now available, ask out friendly staff'. With the reply of 'Oh...' he went off to the storeroom. Returning he showed me the Kobo case (no light) for $49. I asked if they had the lighted version when he asked 'There is one? I'll take another look'. Returning he showed me the case with the light for also $49.

He was surprised that I knew all about the Kobo saying that they had no info from Kobo. Sony on the other hand had sent them details on their eReader. I ended up spending 10 min showing him on the display version things like how to change fonts, spacing, margins, reading life, stats etc...

In the end I got the Kobo for $158 and the case for $45 as a package.

Edit: I got a buyer for my Kindle3 plus lighted case.. for the same price I spent for the kobo and case.... cool.
