Thanks for that. I used the batch file before but that still required admin access, I believe (to set environment variables). All I know is the latest versions works, and it works very nicely indeed. Kudos for all your hard work!

I'm not sure if it's going to be that easy. While prapper's installer/wrapper appears to be very stable, PortableApps.com seems to have strict rules when it comes to version numbers (has to be the same as base app, I think). I'm not sure if they're going to allow the current system wherein the installer just downloads the latest version from calibre's website. For one thing, with the current system, you won't be able to update calibrePortable through the PAc Launcher as it can't detect whether there's a new version of calibre or not.
