Factory reset is simple in the device as an menu option,it re-installs the books sony have put on from the beginning,and you have to do all the language options,wifi settings and things like that.
Paperclip resetting is simple, press the reset, wait a couple of sec's and then press on/off button,no books or collections are affected.
Putting it off by pressing power button doesn't work at a screen hanger, it ask for conformation and you can't press the yes or no button on the screen.
Cleaning it defenitely don't help here.
