I'm not Kolenka, but the answer is no. The PRST1 has a completely different way of maintaining its books database than the older Sony models.

You can get something similar on a PRS-950 (plus a lot more features as well) by installing the PRSPlus custom firmware. See the first Sticky in this forum.
