Still cannot find Amazon Prime books

I opened my 3rd generation Kindle WiFi and went to the Kindle store. I still did not see a category for Amazon Prime books.

Can I search for them at their website? How does one do it?

Also, I suspect that I would only be able to read them on my Kindle Fire. I usually also read on my PC app and I presume that would not be allowed.

I also have a strong suspicion they will not be available on the Kindle 3 since I saw no category for them there. It looks like it will only work on the Kindle 4 including the Kindle Fire.
