Just saw that. I have a couple open tickets (before and after the change) and all I can say is that it is now impossible to look up incidents in the new system. Indeed, there is no link to a login page in that new system, and old incidents are redirected automatically to a page with information about the change.
No a positive evolution for customers as far as I can tell...
