Tubemonkey, you said that you stream Prime videos on your TouchPad. I've been looking at tablets and I've also been considering Amazon Prime. Does anyone know where I can find out which tablets work with Amazon Prime streaming video? I'm so confused.
With regard to Android tablets, I don't see why any one device with Honeycomb (Android 3.x) wouldn't be able to stream Prime videos. The hardware is more than capable for that. If you have a decent web browser it shouldn't be a problem.

I have a Sony Table S and it streams flawlessly with Prime videos.
