You may have start contacting them. Kind of bad that they haven't taken care of their pre orders but have the in stores in Canada with plenty of stock. We at least for the time being had a choice between the Vox or a Kindle Fire in the USA and I decided to give it to Kobo. I emailed a very nice rep at Kobo and he helped me out. I know he is getting flooded with emails but he is very helpful and wants to keep our business.
