I received one today, but it will probably go back. The silver does not have the soft touch. It is just hard plastic, not real shiny, but not a completely dull color either. It doesn't feel as nice in the hand as the soft touch version does.
Also, the fullscreen ipdf doesn't seem to want to work on it. I've installed shell access, but I can't seem to get any of the replacement ipdf's to work. Everything appears to be standard 2.12 software, even the wireless settings are there in the setup screens. The buttons also seem much harder to press with a more definitive click to them.

(NO, I'm NOT trying to convince myself the black one is better, not at all ^^ Actually, I'm just a bit pissed off, as I can't make wifi work on my iLiad, so ATM, it's just plain Book Edition without the books and with 100$ more)
