and she, and she walks either 1.6 or 2.0 miles. Depends on whether she walks with me all the way down to my office (then she walks 2.0 miles) or 1.6 mile if we say bye bye in the middle of the road.
One of our American acquaintances in Mexico (very very overweight man 45 years old), said he actually lost weight despite 5* all-inclusive diet. Poor man. He had to walk, Oh Horror!, every day from his room to the buffet or to the beach.
