New to the forum, have not made the 'plunge' for a reader yet. Been looking at them, all have good/bad points. Guess I'll keep my ear to the ground and see how they fair out with y'all here.....

My biggest gripe - If I buy a book, I can give it to somone or trade it, after all, I paid for it, I should have the right to give it away (meaning I no longer have a copy on my PC,Nook,Kindle or whatever). I'm not looking to violate any laws, I just think it's a HUGE rip to not be able to do this.

OK, enough ranting, Very happy to have stumbled across Calibre!, I'm still amazed by what is available in this package.

So for the first few weeks, you'll see me lurking around and not saying much. I'll ask a few questions, but being afraid of sticking one of my feet in my mouth, I'll be pretty quiet for a while.....
