Windows programs won't, but Linux-based might. Calibre will run on most/all Linux flavors currently available and Chrome is Linux-based. That said, my understanding is that Chrome's not intended for running general purpose programs. It's got a browser, a file manager and not much else.
Perhaps others have more specific info for you.
