Hi,
I am new to ebook Readers. I did a small research and found that in India, only 2 ebook Readers are available with support(online ebooks/purchases).
they are from
Infibeam "Pi" reader and ECMedia's "
Wink eReader" both using e-ink technology.
I've read the reviews and it seems like they are not upto the mark.
Here, Amazon's Kindle or B&N's Nook eReaders are not readily Available Yet. Although ebay(India) and related sites have it and the India's tax structure for imports does not spare eReaders. it adds a whopping 40-50% as Taxes.
Still, Kindle is pretty famous Here.

I am waiting for Kindle Fire pre-ordered through Amazon.
But, My First plan was to buy e-ink based Kindle Touch Wifi(pre-order).
I got a recommendation that Kindle Fire is what I should purchase as, it adds up as a tablet and good for pdf reading(I reads pdfs mostly).
Now, I've pc,laptops for internet browsing or other purposes possibly negating the need of a tablet?
My Doubt is, Will I miss Kindle Touch Wifi?
Does Kindle Fire's Display is good or comparable to e-ink pearl Kindle's?
