FYI, Zinio app is available in the HP App Catalog for TouchPad WebOS.

I don't have an account, as of yet, but took a quick look. I could only zoom in landscape mode, loading and rendering took longer than expected.

*edit * It seems that not all subscriptions are available on the Touchpad, i.e. NatGeo
