I never said that I recommended it, just that I was reading it
But I do find myself enjoying it so I guess that is some sort of recommendation, along with the fact that I'm now on the last book .

I started reading the first book and thought that steampunk is not for me, but as I read on I found it interesting and so far I haven't been put off or gotten bored

The story propels forward and each book has a new adventure not repeating the old with no cliffhangers between the books which I like.
