Granted I don't read the copyright stuff and appendixes, but the story with prologues, epilogues, forewords I do read. Maybe that's why I can't read as much as many seem able to, I don't know but that's my way for better or worse.
By this definition, no one has ever read Infinite Jest. I mean, consider the footnotes...
