As a workaround for the filenames, I figured out if you delete all the CSS files from the reader, then copy all the CSS files back, they will re-sort themselves into alphabetical order (at least that's what happens on my PRS-350).

Also, I wanted to make a donation to you guys for this great software, but when I clicked on the PayPal "Donate" button on the project home page, the PayPal page came up in German. Will this work if I'm in the U.S.? I have never used PayPal internationally.
