Yeah, despite being "against" the Fire, I cannot fault Amazon's customer service. They seem to realize that keeping the customer happy will translate into more purchases down the road, so why ignore you or treat you like scum? Both times I've called customer support, I got put through right away and although the reps both had heavy accents, they were pleasant and efficient. I feel a little bad my tablet won't be coming from them (not on their site) since fully refunded my 7024, but I've got several seasons of Supernatural to buy, so they'll get my money back. ;-)
