My supermarket finally sells 100% rye bread, German. I am not a pauper anymore. It made a fantastic lunch with raw dinosaur kale and Alaska lox. Bio products are becoming more available in this part of the world. Now we have eggs and red chicory.
Btw, yesterday I collected the last tomatoes, mostly green, and after few intermediate passages, I got two pots of catsup. Delicious. And the good news is that the girls do not like it, so it will be all mine. All.
