Oh yeah, I know about that. I have a PRS 950 which as margin cut which is probably the same thing. Seems that T1 has more control over the cropping (manual crop). The margin cut in 950 is probably same as auto-crop. Maybe the manual crop is a feature that would get me to get a T1.

I don't like using margin-cut because it still doesn't get you no margin where the text goes edge-to-edge. Also, the text gets enlarged with the margin-cut (at least in 950, don't know about crop in T1). Does the T1 enlarge the text with crop? Can you get edge-to-edge text with manual crop in T1?

What I don't understand is why a publisher sets a margin for default. Wouldn't it make more sense to set no margin for default and let a device with margin settings (Nook or Kobo) set the margin?
