Oh Please! That's because their device is shoddy to begin with. They keep having to release bandaid patch after bandaid patch. ffft! I'd much rather have a better device to begin with that I can choose to deal with it's specfic issues or not.

Constantly having to deal with updates and fixes to things that shouldn't be 'broken' in the first place is a PITA. No thank you! Sending out fixes to things that should have been done properly in the first place isn't good customer service. It's shoddy workmanship & poor implementation of a product.
