A large yellow-billed spiny egret. It can live there in that pot, perhaps happily so but I'm no egret psychologist so I can't be certain about its mental and emotional state much less my own - how is yours? - jumping up occasionally onto either the white thing on the left (but not the one on the very left, just the other one on the left, or else the one on the right, but definitely not the one on the very right since there isn't one there or maybe it's at the neighbor's place, but only if you train it very well by giving it positive encouragement backed by delicious little treats for good behaviour like with an occasional Fig Newton). I don't know if it would make your house cool but it would certainly make your house cool and I might even pay money to see it.
