I tried email support and heard nothing back. I had tried chat support before that and the person I got was clueless but tonight I decided to try chat one more time. I got someone who was very helpful and wonderful! They gave me the 50% off the right cover. So I ordered the Eco-Flip for my K4. So I am happy now!
