Hi Helen

You're quite right. One very important lesson I teach them in undergraduate level is that ereaders don't universally conform to the EPUB specification (browser wars #2), so I am going to have them play with different reading apps on their PC/Mac. This doesn't solve the problem of exposing them to different ereader form factors / device capabilities, but our library has a few demonstration units.
