Yep I agree. I tried through chat to get it changed with no luck so I tried email and haven't heard anything back. I suppose I could call them again but at this point I'm ready to say just forget it. I'll get a cover elsewhere when they come out or on ebay later.

Edit: Well I gave it one more go! I did another chat with Kindle Support got a good one this time. Got my 50% off discount and now have a K4 cover on order.
