Problem with Glossary.
I'm trying to convert a book with a two hundred and something entry glossary and links to the entries in that glossary whenever the relevant word(s) appear in the text. It seems to be unable to have more than 128 "<A NAME " type links. It looks suspiciously like a one byte integer problem somewhere.
Is there a way to get around this?
