Looks like Coby's changing up their form factor a little bit
7127. I was honestly tempted (different chip than my dead 7024), but it's still the lower screen resolution. If it was the 1024x600, I'd probably do it and cancel the Vox (faster processor), but I'm rather set on the screen resolution. The Galaxy has spoiled me!
Still not sure if I'll regret the Vox or not. Other Kobo owners have said that their devices are works in progress, as in, Kobo continuously develops and updates them. Can't update the processor, but they can fine tune firmware and whatnot. I feel better about the $189 (no tax!) price vs. Lenovo's $245 (after tax), but I feel the Ideapad is higher quality and has more capabilities, but Lenovo can't give me a straight answer, and at least Kobo seems a little more upfront about what they do and don't offer.
Fiance offered an interesting proposal, that I cancel the Vox, too, and let him contribute to the cost of the Samsung 7 or HTC Flyer or something for Christmas, but I still can't justify the cost of those.
Gah, why is this agony? Our answers must think we're just silly, silly people.
