MrsJoseph estimated of after careful consideration that her friends wouldn't return borrowed books. That means that she judged them.

The article from the OP doesn't say much. I've actually seen more on
TorrentFreak. One of these things is that the study will be published in a paper called: “Music Downloads and the Flip Side of Digital Rights Management Protection”, so I guess that it doesn't relate directly to ebooks since it's pretty much about music.
