I love Oberon, I have two covers and one sleeve, but the customer service has been hit and miss. A lot of it depends on your initial tone when you talk to them. If you are even toned and not upset you get good customer service. If you are annoyed or angry because of the problem they are not all that good. They are a really small family run company that produces great products but they are not always the best with PR and handling tough situations. Some folks have had some down right awful experiences with them.
But the covers are great and they are making covers for the K4 Lite. They had said that they were not going to but the out cry over that decision was pretty large and they decided there was enough of a market to make the covers. They are expensive but they work very well and look wonderful. I think of mine as a nice leather bookcover.
