For a well-fitting 3rd party offering, try Oberon. A bit on the pricy side, but the covers are beautiful, and if you have any problems, I've heard their customer service is fantastic. I do recall one member who said that the stitching on theirs wasn't quite right, and the resultant fit was off, but they quickly made it right.

I'm one of many satisfied Oberon customers here at MobileRead. They're not for everyone, as they are a bit heavy and thick, but that just means more protection in my book.

Among their new offerings are K4 & Fire covers, and they promise to have Kindle Touch covers in time for the holidays.
