Nope, I guess the onyx-boox.com website which the new firmware appears on is from the European distributor who happens to be in this forum under the name "Onyx Europe". He seems to have a better contact at Onyx International (or whatever the producer is called) and can get newer firmware from them. He then puts them online. This is all just a guess  |
