I have attached two procedures. The first explains how to downgrade from Ermine to Dingo but you should be able to use it to just install the original Dingo. The other explains how to install the Ermine update. Good luck.
Entourage did not put a recovery partition on this device that is like the normal android recovery partitions. They did put on a maintenance kernel, which as far as a normal user is concerned, is only used to flash new firmware by pushing the Menu + Rotate buttons during boot.
