It's a relatively new feature and only recently uploaded books are tagged. I'm hoping to tag all mine in the next month or so.

Ah... I see it. Not a full tag system. Also, I expected tags for only ebooks, but it seems to include all forums.
(Tags would solve all the "where does this book go") because real tagging lets you set up a taxonomy where a book can fall into more than one catergory rather than a fully hierachical taxonomy.
(Also the Genre/Format should also be added to the tag taxonomy.)
