Hello. I have done a few e-books via Kindle and never had problem uploading Word doc etc. But now a knotty problem: One of my old books, published by Random House, out of print and want to publish myself as e-book. I have from publisher a PDF and a Word doc scanned from the book. The problem with the latter is: It maintains original margins. Uploading to Kindle and previewing finds big margin problems. So have dozens of ways I have tried to convert it and uploaded--always problem with margins. It's a 630 page book so can't go through line by line. PDF to Word usually spotty and, again, so many pages there are bound to be many glitches. Any ideas? Thanks. GM
