If someone had flashed my firmware while I was sleeping I wouldn't have noticed it.
I haven't noticed any change either positive or negative.
IMO just because a lot of people expected a feature doesn't classify it as a "bug". When they claim you can store 10,000 books on the device this is misleading advertising just like the "8,000 pages" claim on the battery life. If we are to classify misleading advertising as a bug then almost every software company that publishes a "minimum hardware specification" would have a huge bug.
I'm disappointed there weren't more new features implemented. They must be understaffed in the software development department
if these are the only changes from 6 months of effort. I hope they are increasing their development resources or considering an open development alternative.
I still love my Cybook though, just hope they keep making it better and better.
