It's definitely not the best, but I was able to play around a bit and come up with decent results, by starting very vague and refining with the "search within results" feature—like someone else mentioned. I usually don't even
look at the first search results returned.
Besides... even if I could easily (and quickly) search for what I was looking for, I know there's going to be a waiting list at the end of that road. I've never been one to "hurry up and wait."
