There is nothing wrong with discussing bugs or other problems, but instead of starting off with a vague accusation, it would have made more sense to just begin by explaining the problem, and leaving the emotion out of it.

Uh, wrong. It is a service provided by my tax dollars via my library. But that doesn't even matter. Even if it were free it still sucks the big one. If they expect to continue in business they better be listening.
