Joking aside, if you're worried about the screen breaking in the scanner then remove the e-reader from your bag and put it in one of the bins. Send the bin through the scanner on its own. That should protect it from impact damage. |

Just read your
edit of the blog where you directly quoted the OP and then went on to ridicule their very legitimate question (even naming the forum you trolled it from). I have to agree with
tom e, truly classless. A simple apology would have sufficed. Paraphrasing the OP's original question while condescendingly pointing out that you're doing so only because the OP was upset is mean spirited and journalistically pathetic. The members of MR deserve better......
