Rodents with an " R " ,
Rabies with an " R " also -----
Thus : using transverse upside down logic
where 2 " R's " can't go together ;
we can say with
99.9 % confidence that only Bats ( in this example ) can
transmit rabies ...

" L " really does mean loopy !
