my Kindle has more frequent flyer miles than many humans. it has never had a problem. like many others, I put my laptop, reader, cellphone, MP3, and any other electronics I may have all in one bin. no worries.
don't worry about the Dalek, it has an unusual sense of humour undetectable by many other humanoid life forms ;o)
