I'm not sure why there is so much hostility in this thread to what I think is a reasonable complaint. We're not talking about a hardware issue, so the person who was like "are you going to complain that the DX doesn't have Touch too" is being a little ridiculous. I think it is reasonable to expect firmware updates and features. I think it's more ridiculous that so many people think such expectations are stupid.. I guess the companies are winning people over into thinking that one has to buy a new product every year because expecting updates is being "whiny."
