Try using http://myipaddress:8080/opds instead. The http://myipaddress:8080/stanza link may be using some deprecated format/entries that are unsupported in Mantano. I'm not exactly sure what formats Mantano supports. ePub and PDF, definitely, but I don't know if it supports any others. If your ebook isn't in a supported format, it's likely showing up in catalog but you might be getting an error when trying to download because there's no compatible format available.

As for covers in Calibre not showing up, the Calibre content server uses the OPDS Catalog 0.9 version of the specifications, I believe.

OPDS Catalog 0.9
cover: http://opds-spec.org/cover

OPDS Catalog 1.0 & 1.1
cover: http://opds-spec.org/iamge
thumbnail: http://opds-spec.org/image/thumbnail

I'm not sure what the proper solution is in this case - for Calibre to switch to the latest OPDS version or for Mantano to add backwards compatibility.

By the way, is there an option I can enable in Mantano so when I open the app, it would go directly to the location in the last read ebook (kinda like Stanza's Now Reading feature)? If not, I'd like to add that to the feature request.
