. My son gave me my Pocket eDGe for my birthday in September. As a marketing person I think the eDGE is a perfect example of a great idea from a company that was (apparently) underfunded.
I have read that this is not the place to ask technical questions, but I'm confused by some of the terminology, has anyone done a dictionary of terms?
This is a terrific forum, after a little searching around I was able to upgrade to Ermine. A funny aside here, I did it by using my USB flash and followed the instructions to rename the file "update.zip" and it didn't work. Needless to say frustrated beyond belief, I went through the forum to seek alternatives and saw nothing that applied. On the chance it was a corrupted file I was going to download it again when I looked at the directory the file was named "update.zip.zip" I deleted the second zip and it worked like a charm. I hope the emoticon shows my red face.
