The Fire is looking better all the time!

I had heard some rumors but wasn't sure what processor the Fire would be using. This link answers the question. I apologize if this is old hat but this is first confirmation I've seen of it.

The Texas Instruments OMAP4 is a swifty. Google's ICS "Nexus Prime" is said to be slated to run on the 1.5 GHz version of the OMAP4 platform.

Further proof that Amazon gets the most important things right.
