Googled a bit. Didn't find any.

What I am about to say might sound cruel. However, I think I better say it. Maybe it will trigger something in your brains.
My mother cannot stand mint or menthol. Thus, it is difficult for her to find a toothpaste that she likes. Many many years ago someone brought her Blend-A-Med from Germany. She loves it. Since then she hunts for it. she claims she cannot use any other. Whenever someone travel somewhere she would ask them to bring it if they come across it. There is no Blend-A-Med in Israel. She doesn't give up on it and spends time and energy on worrying about such a trivial thing. I told her to change her attitude. Completely. There is no Blend-A-Med in Israel. Period. Forget about it. Move on. That's life. There are so many other important things to think about.
When I moved to the UK, I realised that there is no Kefir or curd cheese (it is something like cottage cheese but different). I used to buy it in Israel. Curd cheese was my daily breakfast for many years (at least 10 years). You can buy it anywhere in Europe. Germany, Austria, The Netherlands, all of the Eastern Europe. England? Tough luck. I could chase it all over the England. Order it from a few Russian shops in England. Make my life difficult. I accepted the reality and gave up.

You are not allowed caffeine.
Period.
Forget about coffee. Find a long term easily obtainable substitute. It might take time to get used to it. It took me 2 years to get used to drinking tea without sugar and stop making every time I made a cup of tea.

Try roasted mate. Go through different herbal teas/tisanes. Find the most suitable for you.
Do not postpone it for tomorrow. Start doing it today. In a long run you will benefit from it.

Yesterday I stumbled upon a new online shop (high street shop in London).
Look at the choice of handmade herbal infusions
It is WOW! I am sure you can find at least one that you like. Allegedly, many of them have lots of health benefits

I think you got the gist by now. I zip it.
I think I am ready for another drink.
